Epithelial and endothelial neutralizing titers exhibit a strong correlation. Log transformed IC50 values for endothelial vs. epithelial neutralizing activity were plotted for each of the antibodies and sera listed in Table 1 and analyzed by logistic regression using Prism 5 software (GraphPad Software, Inc.). Dot colors correspond to human and rabbit mAbs (black), rabbit anti-peptide sera (white), HIG (orange), and human sera (red). Serum IC50 values are expressed in units of ng of IgG/mL, assuming an IgG concentration of 10 mg/mL
