Effects of the GAG-lyases treatment. Monolayer BHK21 and DEF cells were treated with different concentration of heparinase I (a) or chondroitinase ABC (b) in buffer and then incubated with 1000TCID50 DTMUV at 4 °C for 1 h. The unbound virus was removed by washing three times with PBS. The data show here the average and standard error of four independent experiments.
