The source of isolates of different GLRaV-4 strains are listed in Table 1. The recombination detection program software package (31) used for the detection of putative recombination events and the corresponding average P-values for each event are shown. *See Fig. 1 for details. ** Minor and major parents are the isolates predicted to contribute smaller and larger sequence fragments, respectively. ***Detection methods are cited in reference [31]
