qRT-PCR and high-throughput sequencing analyses of the relative expressions of nine known and four new miRNAs. Total RNA was isolated from the TbCSV/TbCSB-infected or non-infected (Mock) N. benthamiana leaves. The x-axis shows the names of the miRNAs analyzed in this study. The y-axis shows the Log2ratio between the expression values from a TbCSV/TbCSB-infected sample versus its Mock sample. Three biological replicates were analyzed for each miRNA through qRT-PCR. Expression level of N. benthamiana UBC gene was used as the reference gene during qRT-PCR assays
