The composition of the virome changed noticeably after treatment with antibiotics. The presence-absence heatmap shows the virome characterized by metagenomic analysis. Due to the presence of low-complexity/repetitive regions in the reads, false-positive virus family taxonomic assignments with fewer than 3 reads were omitted from the analyses [26]
