Effect of the peptides on cell apoptosis was analyzed after the cells were infected by peptide-treated viruses by FITC-conjugated Annexin V (Green) and propidium iodide (Red) staining. The red fluorescence signals are designated as the index of late apoptosis and green fluorescence signals are designated as the index of early apoptosis.
