CycT1 expression and HIV production during cell cycle progression of memory CD4 T cells. Memory CD4 T cells were uninfected or HIV-infected (R5 strain SF162) in IL2 medium for 2 days, washed, and cultured for 5 days with CD3+CD28 costimulation and IL2 or IL2 alone.
