  1. Overall, untreated DENV-2 infected mice showed a moderate to severe liver damage with the presence of all assessed histopathological alterations. Livers of infected mice treated with geraniin at 24 h pre-infection and 24 h p.i. showed a mild damage while those treated with geraniin at 72 h p.i. showed a mild to moderate liver damage.
