Phylogenetic analysis of the large RNA segment of Lokern virus. The analysis is based on a 6722-nt. region of the large RNA segment of Lokern virus and the corresponding regions of all other Bunyamwera serogroup viruses for which these sequence data are available. Select posterior probabilities are denoted as percentages under nodes. Branch lengths are proportional to number of nucleotide differences.
