From: Oxygen-dependent laser inactivation of murine norovirus using visible light lasers
Viral RNA Damage Assessment. Two ml MNV samples were treated with the USPL at an average power of 310 mW for 0, 2, or 4 h. After MNV RNA, 1 μl of the 140 μl extracted, or serial ten-fold dilutions up to 10− 6 of that 1 μl sample were analyzed by RT-PCR. The 880 bp amplicon was visualized by electrophoresis using a 1% agarose gel. Dilutions up to 10− 4 are shown. No amplicon was observed for 10− 5 and 10− 6 samples
