HBV tolerant mice still keep HBV persistence after injection with 20 μg pAAV/HBV1.2. a WT mice were hydrodynamically injected with NS or 6 μg pAAV/HBV1.2 plasmid, and then the mice received second injection with 20 μg pAAV/HBV1.2 plasmid. Serum levels of HBsAg were examined at indicated time points. The serum levels of HBsAg (b) and liver HBcAg expression (c) were shown. Results represent 2 independent experiments (n = 5/group)
