Determine the sensitivity of detection of B19V, CMV and HSV-1/2 by qPCR. a: A high coefficient of correlation (r2 = 0.9975) between the amplification cycle number (Ct values) and copy number representing the B19V virus titer. The standard curve indicates that qPCR can be used effectively to evaluate even low level of B19V DNA in patients. b: A high coefficient of correlation (r2 = 0.9946) between the amplification cycle number (Ct values) and copy number representing the CMV virus titer. The standard curve indicates that qPCR can be used effectively to evaluate even low level of CMV DNA in patients. c: A high coefficient of correlation (r2 = 0.9964) between the amplification cycle number (Ct values) and copy number representing the HSV-1/2 virus titer. The standard curve indicates that qPCR can be used effectively to evaluate even low level of HSV-1/2 DNA in patients
