Phylogenetic analysis of canine caliciviruses and related vesiviruses based on complete amino acid sequences of a RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP) and b major capsid protein VP1. The selected protein sequences were aligned with the MUSCLE program and used in phylogenetic analyses by the Maximum Likelihood method based on the Le_Gascuel_2008 model.
