FACS analysis of HPV11.HaCaT and A3A-HPV11.HaCaT cells. Cells were cultured for 24 h prior to digestion and fixation. Cell cycle analysis of HPV11.HaCaT and A3A-HPV11.HaCaT cells was tested by FACS (a and b). In A3A-HPV11.HaCaT cells, the proportion of cells in G0/G1 phase was obviously decreased, with an obvious increase in S phase (c). Data was expressed as means ± SD from three independent experiments. *p < 0.05 vs HPV11.HaCaT using Student t-test
