ELISpot analysis of IFN-γ and IL-4 secretion from splenocytes. Spleens were collected from 3 mice per group at 14 days after the second vaccination, and splenocytes were assayed by the ELISpot and ICS assays. SFCs secreting IL-4 (a) and IFN-γ (b) were measured using ELISpot. The data represent the mean ± SD of SFCs per million splenocytes from 3 mice in each group, and statistical significance was analysed using a one-way ANOVA (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001)
