Inhibitory effect of anti-E mAbs on DV1 infection of C6/36, Vero, and BHK-21 cells. C6/36, Vero, and BHK21 cells were infected with DV1 in the absence or presence of DV1-E1 (dark column) or DV1-E2 (gray column). Mouse IgG (w/o mAb; white column) was used as the control for evaluation the inhibitory effects of two anti-E mAbs.
