Phylogenetic trees were constructed by using the Maximum Likelihood method for CP gene nucleotide sequences of TuMV isolates of basal-BR collected from China and Japan. One Narcissus yellow stripe virus (NYSV) isolate (accession number: AJ311372) was used as outgroup. Isolates in the figure were listed by isolate name/location of origin/year of collection/original host (R is for Raphanus; B for Brassica; C for Brassica and Raphanus; N for Not available).
