One i.m prime followed by two i.m boosts at intervals of 4 weeks

  1. The mice were separated into three groups according to administration routes. Group 1, mice were immunized by one i.m prime followed by two i.m boosts with HIV VLPs. Group 2 or 3 mice were immunized by a single i.m prime followed respectively by two i.n or IV boosts with HIV VLPs. Within each of these groups, mice were further divided into four subgroups and immunized by different HIV VLPs
