Construction strategy for the full-length PRRSV chimeric cDNA clones. The full-length chimeric infectious clones were constructed by exchanging 5’UTR + ORF1a, ORF1b, and ORF2–7 + 3’UTR between HuN4-F112 and CH-1R.
