The cytotoxic effects of Ad5/F11p on bladder cancer cells. The cytotoxic effects of this three virusesin in six incremental MOI at 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, 10, 100, and 1000 were assessed by CCK-8 assay. The average value of three independent experiments with standard deviation were used to express the data results. The cytotoxic effects of Ad5-PSCAE-UPII-E1A and Ad5/F11p-PSCAE-UPII-E1A in six incremental MOI were compared on 5637, EJ, and T24 cells (**p < 0.01 means statistically significant difference)
