Comparison of in vitro growth properties of rH_Gn-Gc with those of parental virus. a RK13 cells were infected by viruses at moi of 0.001 and overlaid. Fifty plaques per virus were photographed and the areas were measured. b The single-step growth kinetics of those viruses was analyzed and revealed no significant differences in growth properties of parental and recombinant viruses. Error bars represent standard deviations. These results are representative of three independent experiments
