Examination of siRNA effect by Immunofluorescence assay. The MDBK cells were mock-transfected or transfected with CypB siRNAs or scrambled siRNAs for 48 h and subjected to immunofluorescence assay. As shown in Fig. 4, the CypB-specific red fluorescence signals distributed in the cytoplasm of MDBK cells were found in the cells transfected with scrambled siRNAs, which was similar to that in mock-transfected cells.
