Bland Altman Plot: Abbott vs Roche. The figure shows results quantifiable in both the Abbott and Roche assays in log IU/mL for 611 positive clinical specimens. Bland-Altman analysis was conducted comparing the difference between the Aptima and Roche assays against the average result for the two assays for each specimen. The average bias was −0.27 log IU/mL with 95% acceptability limits of −0.79 to −0.26 log IU/mL
