Method Comparison: Aptima vs Abbott. The figure shows results quantifiable in both the Aptima and Abbott assays in log IU/mL for 1058 HCV positive clinical specimens. Linear regression analysis yielded a slope of 1.06 (95% CI: 1.05 to 1.07), intercept of 0.08 (95% CI: 0.03 to 0.13), and R2 of 0.98
