MDRV induces autophagy in MDEF cells accompanied with suppression of mTOR phosphorylation. Cells were cultured in 6-well plate and infected with the YB strain of MDRV at an MOI of 1. Samples of each group were collected at indicated time points followed by Western blot analysis of LC3 I/II (a), mTOR (b), p-mTOR (b), and β-actin (a, b). The activation and inactivation folds in each treatment indicated below each lane were normalized against those at 6 h. The proteins levels were normalized to those for β-actin. The levels of indicated proteins at 6 h were considered 1 fold. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments
