MDRV infection increases the formation of autophagosome-like vesicles in DF-1 cells. DF-1 cells were mock-infected or infected with MDRV YB strain at an MOI of 1 for 24 h, and then prepared into ultrathin sections and observed under transmission electron microscopy. a shows the normal morphology of DF-1 cells and autophagosome-like structure with typical double-membrane vesicles containing cytoplasmic inclusions were indicated by as arrows in (b) and (c). Panels a, b, c and d in (c) indicate different stages of autophagosome-like structures with a higher resolution. Scale bars were presented in the lower right corner
