Colocalization of M protein with NF45 and PCNA. 293 T cells were cotransfected with HA-M and Flag-NF45/PCNA. Cells were fixed at 48 h and subjected to indirect immunofluorescence to detect HA-M (green) and Flag-NF45/PCNA (red) with mouse anti-HA and rabbit anti-Flag antibodies.
