DENV 2 infection of HEK293T/17 cells pre-and post-treated with orlistat. a, b HEK293T/17 cells were not treated or treated with orlistat for 6 h before washing and subsequent infection with DENV 2. Cells were either (a) immediately harvested post infection and the viral genome copy number determined by qRT-PCR or (b) cultured for 24 h in the absence of the drug and percentage infection determined by flow cytometery. c HEK293T/17 cells were mock infected or infected with DENV 2 before culture under standard conditions either without further treatement (DENV) or with the addition of orlistat at the indicates times post-infection.
