OX40L/OX40 and Smad3 mRNA relative level in cervical tissues. Figure a shows significantly higher level of OX40L/OX40 and Smad3 mRNA in normal cervix than that in neoplastic foci and (or) periphery tissues. Figure b shows lower level of OX40L/OX40 and Smad3 mRNA in neoplastic foci of high grade squamous cell carcinoma than that in low grade lesion. Figure c reveals lower level of OX40L/OX40 and Smad3 mRNA in pericarcinous tissues of high grade squamous cell carcinoma than that in low grade lesion. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
