FoxP3, CCL22 and CCR4 mRNA relative level in cervical tissues. Figure a shows significantly higher level of FoxP3, CCL22 and CCR4 mRNA in neoplastic foci and (or) periphery tissues than that in normal cervix. Figure b shows higher level of FoxP3, CCL22 and CCR4 mRNA in neoplastic foci of high grade squamous cell carcinoma than that in low grade lesion. Figure c reveals higher level of FoxP3, CCL22 and CCR4 mRNA in pericarcinous tissues of high grade squamous cell carcinoma than that in low grade lesion. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
