Anti-SIV immunoglobulin responses in plasma during SIVMAC251 infection. Whole viral lysate (WVL)-specific immunoglobulin concentrations was calculated for each antibody isotypes at different time points of SIVMAC251 infection in both intravaginally (n = 6) and intrarectally (n = 7) inoculated animals. The geometric mean values of the respective responses were shown by the line for the specific time point in each plot.
