T-cell responses in mice. Mice were sacrificed at the tenth day post-immunization, and their splenocytes were prepared and stimulated with E protein CD4 or CD8 epitope peptide. Cells were stained for cell surface CD4 or CD8 as well as intracellular IFN-γ protein before flow cytometry analysis.
