Stability of infectivity of indicated ND-virus strains by geometric mean log10EID50% following serial passages. A greater change in the titers of field strains occurred at 4th and 5th passages compared to I2 reference vaccine. LaSota, a thermolabile vaccine was unheated initially but included to compare its viability with that of thermostable isolates. Values indicated are means of three independent tests (Mean ± SD, n = 3)
