  1. Samples containing various combinations of FMDV, CSFV, SCR, and treatment conditions are shown. Virus isolation (VI) results are presented to verify inactivation of infectious FMDV and CSFV under various conditions. The NaOH and heat treatment incubation time used in this study was the optimized 60 min incubation at 65 °C. aNeutralized salt solution was added instead of NaOH.
