The pluripotency of human iPS cell derived from hMSCs. The iPS cells were cultured in complete medium with 20 % FBS or injected into nude mice to investigate in vitro and in vivo differentiation. The spontaneous differentiation of iPS cells appeared heterogeneous cell morphology. After staining with specific antibodies, differentiated cell positive for βIII-tubulin (ectoderm), α-smooth muscle actin (mesoderm) and α-fetoprotein (endoderm) (a).
