From: Avian leukosis virus subgroup J induces its receptor--chNHE1 up-regulation
The relative quantity of mRNA of ALV-J and chNHE1 in ALV-J induced tumor bearing chickens. RNA was extracted from kidney, and then to detect mRNA level of ALV-J and chNHE1 by real time RT-PCR. Data are representative of the results of three independent experiments, both performed in triplicate.
