Phylogenetic tree of the B2L gene nucleotide sequences (1137 nt) of Ethiopian orf virus isolates. Eighteen Ethiopian orf virus isolates and eleven foreign orf viruses were included. In addition, the homologue gene sequence of BPSV (AY424973) and PCPV (AY424972) and were used as out-groups. The numbers displayed on the branches represent the posterior probabilities. The sequences retrieved from GenBank are indicated with accession number under bracket and those of this study were highlighted with red bubbles
