Viral load of the chimeric viruses in the spleen. Tissue virus loads were determined in chicken embryo fibroblasts and expressed as the average mean titers (log10 TCID50/g tissue). Error bars show standard error of the mean (SEM). Virus titers were analyzed among the chimeric viruses derived from the same backbone using one-way ANOVA followed by LSD multiple-comparison test. Asterisk (*) indicates significant difference at p < 0.05. The dotted lines indicate the lower limit of virus detection
