Proteins were separated by SDS-10 % polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and transferred to nitrocellulose membranes (Merck). A mixture of H5 monoclonal antibodies (Genescript) were used as the primary antibodies and a 1:10,000 dilution of goat-anti-mouse IgG (ABcom) was used as the secondary antibody. Detection was performed with enhanced chemiluminescence (Sigma-Aldrich). Lane M: DNA marker (PageRulerTM Plus, Fermentas)
