Multi-step growth kinetics of rZJ1-IL2, rZJ1-GFP, and rZJ1 in immortalized chicken fibroblast cell line (DF-1, panel a), and immortalized chicken macrophage cell line (HD-11, panel b). DF-1 and HD-11 cells were infected with each virus at a MOI = 0.01. At each time point, samples of supernatant were collected and titered by limiting dilutions in DF-1 cells (expressed as TCID50 / ml). Results show that there are not significant differences (Two-way ANOVA) in the growth of the three viruses in either cell line. Bars represent standard error (SE), n = 3
