Agarose gel electrophoresis of the multiplex PCR amplified with plasmid DNA containing 106 copy numbers of three viruses (CPPV, CdPV and CMLV). PCR was performed with the optimum reagent concentrations and conditions using multiple and single combination of the three plasmids.. Lane M; 100 bp marker, All; mixture of the three plasmid DNA.
