The sensitivity of conventional PCR assay. The 545 bp, 692 bp and 1.1 kb amplicons specific to ALV-J, ALV-A and ALV-B, respectively, were detected by routine PCR with the specific primers (Table 7). The detection limit was 1000 copies. Lane M, DNA marker DL-2000 (Dongsheng Biotech).
