Transcript abundance was measured by quantitative reverse-transcription PCR at 10 dpi in systemic pepper leaves infected by PepGMV (Pepper golden mosaic virus), PHYYV (Pepper huasteco yellow vein virus), TEV (Tobacco etch virus), X. campestris pv. vesicatoria, and infested with B. tabaci (whitefly). Error bars indicate standard deviation of mean for triplicate samples and β-tubulin gene was used for data normalization.
