B) GO Slim terms for biological process assigned to down-regulated genes in symptomatic and recovered tissues relative to mock-inoculated tissues. GO associations were assigned by a BLASTX [22] search against A. thaliana proteome and transitively assigning the GO term to the pepper transcript.
