From: HLA-A*0201-restricted CD8+T-cell epitopes identified in dengue viruses
Detection of peptide-specific CD8+ IFN-γ+ T cells in HLA-A*0201 transgenic mice immunized with D1V-NS4a 140-148 or heterologous peptides. Splenocytes were isolated from the peptide-immunized mice and were stimulated in vitro with cognate peptide or heterologous peptide. The percentages of CD8+ IFN-γ+ T cells in CD8+ T cells were measured using ICS assay. *Indicating the positive response to a peptide.
