  1. Bestkeeper analysis (n=6) of standard deviation (± Cp) showed 18S rRNA is the most stable gene in all the four cell types at 24h post-infection with the influenza virus subtypes used in this study. *ATP5B and ATP5G1 were included in HBECs and PTECs analysis respectively.
