Three fields for each indicated time point were randomly selected and used to determine the numbers of green-, red- and yellow-fluorescent cells using the ImageJ software. Results shown represent mean percentages of three fields. The percentages of cells infected with each virus (rB1-GFP or rLS-RFP) and the percentage of cells co-infected are expressed as a relative percentage of the total number of infected cells.
