From: Development of persistent HCV genotype 3a infection cell culture model in huh-7 cell
Confirmation of HCV infection in Huh-7 cells. (A) The expression level of HCV genotype 3a core protein in serum infected Huh-7 cells through western blot analysis showed gradual increase of HCV core protein from day 1st to day 5th. GAPDH was used as internal control. (B) Continuous expression of HCV Core protein in serum infected Huh-7 cells at different time intervals form 1st to 40th day.
