From: Development of persistent HCV genotype 3a infection cell culture model in huh-7 cell
Expression of core gene at different time periods. Expression of core gene was detected at different time periods from 1 to 40 days, after infection of Huh-7 cells with HCV genotype 3a serum. Upper row shows continuous core gene expression up to 40th day while the lower row shows GAPDH that was used as internal control.
