B, Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were incubated with 5 μg/ml NSP4 and binding measured as described in the text. The PBMC were stained with antibodies directed against CD3, CD20 and CD14 to identify T cell, B cell and monocyte subsets respectively
